Hi There!  I’m Victoria, and I’m the founder of Fit To Her Core.

I help moms to get strong and heal their bodies, so they can safely return to the activities they love doing with confidence!

I absolutely love working with my mom clients, and it all started when I began working with expecting, new, and more “seasoned” moms while completing my graduate degree. My desire to work with this population grew even more after the birth of my first child in 2010.
I am also a wife and mom to three kids who constantly keep her on her toes! Instead of feeling like you’re floating on the cloud of motherly bliss, most days you feel like you’re just trying to survive. 

Fit To Her Core Coaching Club was inspired by my own experiences as a mom and those of my clients:
  • ​Pregnancy and childbirth (both vaginally and C-section)
  • ​Wanting to safely keep up with your workouts during pregnancy
  • ​Being confused about how to safely return to exercise postpartum 
  • ​Wanting to heal your postpartum tummy…no matter how long postpartum
  • ​Figuring out how to fit in exercise while raising kiddos, and doing it in a way that still respects all that your body has been through with pregnancy and childbirth.
  • ​Trying to figure out how to eat in a way that supports your body, fits into your life as a busy mom, and is still enjoyable 
  • ​Trying to keep up with good self-care practices and remembering to prioritize yourself
  • ​Working through many of the mental hang-ups that many of us moms go through (can we say mom guilt?)
  • ​Wanting to create more time and space in your life for your own personal interests and pursuits.

Pelvic floor dysfunction was my middle name.  What’s the commitment look like for this program? Do I need any special equipment? 

This is an all-inclusive, high vibe, monthly group coaching club with me that was created for BUSY MOMS like us who want to put the focus back on ourselves while also doing our best to care for everyone else in our lives. We will address several KEY areas in your life like your fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and self-care habits that are keeping you from feeling your best and prioritizing you! We'll work together to establish a manageable routine and simple strategies you can implement right away to experience radical changes physically, mentally, and emotionally. ...because you deserve to be cared for too! I do want you to realize though that this program DOES require commitment on your part. You have to be ready, wanting, and willing to make a change for yourself and finally make this happen for you. Yes...life gets busy when raising a family, but you have to realize that if you finally want to feel your best as a mom then you have to commit to making yourself a priority! There will be fully customized workouts included that are 30 minutes or less and to be done 3-4 times per week. I recommend that you invest in a small amount of equipment: few sets of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a stability ball. More information is provided in your welcome email.
Can I still do this program if I had my baby 2, 5, 10, or even 15 years ago? 

Absolutely! It’s never too late to work on your core pelvic floor function! As women and moms, we can always keep working on maintaining or gaining good function of our core and pelvic floor muscles. Many of the common core and pelvic floor issues that moms deal with are just that…common…but not normal. So this is where Fit To Her Core - Fourth Trimester Track comes into play...this track's focus is helping to resolve many of those core and pelvic floor issues common with moms.
Are you sure I’m not signing up for something with a contract or “cancellation fee”? 

100% sure. You can cancel membership anytime with zero charges or fees.  All payments are automatic, recurring on a monthly basis. The payments will be deducted from your account via Stripe.  
How do I cancel if I no longer want my membership?

All you have to do is send me an email to info@fittohercore.com and I will help take care of it. 
Do I need a gym membership?  

NOPE! The workouts are designed to be done at home or at the gym.
Do I have to follow your monthly workout schedules? 

No, you have a flexible structure inside Fit To Her Core Coaching Club. I give you a plan but I also give you permission to adjust when needed. The workout schedule allows you to just click to each workout so you can get started in seconds.
Can I use your workout program even if I run or do other fitness activities?  

Of course, I feel our workouts are a great supplement to other fitness activities like Yoga, Pilates, running, etc. Just be sure are you eating enough calories to sustain it all.
I don’t need to lose a bunch of weight, I just would like to tone up more. Is your plan right for me?

YES! Fit To Her Core Coaching Club is perfect for you. This club was created for women wanting to firm up and gain more strength in their bodies, or for those just want to live a healthy fit lifestyle...all while keeping core and pelvic floor health in mind.
Do you have meal plans for me to follow or strict rules?  

You will be provided nutritional guidelines to help you establish healthier eating habits.  However, I am all about making your own rules. I do provide guidelines for you to follow and make adjustments to meet your needs, wants and desires.   I also share lots of simple food tips, recipes, and strategies to help you form your moderation approach to eating.

My goals might be different than someone else, how do I know your program will work for me?  

Great thing about the Fit To Her Core Coaching Club is I will always suggest that you focus on you and only you. It’s okay and normal for us to all have different goals. Together we can help each other and inspire one another. This program gives you the foundation to get you were you want to go. It’s about staying consistent on the program, having fun and enjoying the process.
What if I am pregnant or just had a baby, or have Diastasis Recti (ab separation), is this safe for me?  

There is a prenatal track within Fit To Her Core that I have all of my expecting moms go through first as it's more appropriate for this season of motherhood.  As far as my very early postpartum clients or moms still dealing with core and pelvic floor programs, I highly encourage you to go sign up for the Fourth Trimester Track of Fit To Her Core Coaching Club.  Once you are into a more regular routine, your core and pelvic floor are healing nicely, and you've figured out a schedule that works for you and your baby then you can switch to the motherhood track of Fit To Her Core Coaching Club is a nice program to do to keep consistent.  All you have to do is let me know that you are ready to switch tracks and I will get you all set up on your new track.
