Hi There!  I’m Victoria (aka as V), and I teach women how to exercise safely and strongly in pregnancy, and regain their core, confidence, and fitness as a mom.

Fit Thriving Mama was inspired by my own experiences as a mom and those of my clients:
  • Pregnancy and childbirth (both vaginally and C-section)
  •  Wanting to safely keep up with your workouts during pregnancy
  •  Wanting to feel like yourself again in your postpartum body
  •  Being confused about how to safely return to exercise postpartum 
  •  Wanting to heal your postpartum tummy…no matter how long postpartum
  •  Figuring out how to fit in exercise while raising kiddos, and doing it in a way that still satisfies your athletic spirit

THE STAGES
Fit Thriving Mama is built around three stages of motherhood. Your member area will be tailored to YOUR specific stage, and your community, meal plans, and exercise plans will all be customized for your stage. You can change your stage as your progress through your journey of motherhood.
PREGNANCY
Pregnancy is just one part of the motherhood journey—but certainly one of the most essential. We're here to help you make sense of the next nine-ish months of your life: how to eat, how to workout, how to manage stress, and so much more. Optimizing these areas directly benefits you and your growing child. Our research-based advice can be tailored to your unique situation so that you'll feel empowered to have your healthiest pregnancy possible. 

FOURTH TRIMESTER
Welcome to the world, baby! Your little one's first three months are filled with many challenges and can bring about every emotion under the sun. During this stage, your body is recovering from a significant event. You're also adjusting to your new role as mom—and probably pretty sleep-deprived to boot. Each month, we give expert insights, tips, and tools that are raising the standard of care for postpartum women. It's our mission to provide you with the support and healing you need during this sacred time, while simultaneously helping you strengthen your relationships with others while we rebuild your bod and abs through optimal nutrition and fitness for this stage. 

MOTHERHOOD
Motherhood is one of the toughest jobs around, bar none...especially if you have to re-learn how to make your own well-being a priority. Every month in this stage, we offer expert advice and practical strategies to help you expand physically, mentally, and emotionally so you can help yourself and your loved ones thrive. Nobody can pour from an empty glass—so whether you're still breastfeeding or have been a mom for decades, we're here to help you fill yourself back up while helping you thrive through optimal nutrition and fitness to achieve your Mom-bod goals.

Upon registration, you will receive a consultation form via email where we’ll grab some info from you to help determine the best track for you: your pregnancy phase, how long postpartum you are, if you are experiencing any core and pelvic floor issues, and your best email address to contact you.

Frequently Asked Questions
 What’s the commitment look like for this program? Do I need any special equipment? 

This is an all-inclusive, high vibe, monthly group coaching club with me that was created for BUSY MOMS like us who want to put the focus back on ourselves while also doing our best to care for everyone else in our lives. We will address several KEY areas in your life like your fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and self-care habits that are keeping you from feeling your best and prioritizing you! We'll work together to establish a manageable routine and simple strategies you can implement right away to experience radical changes physically, mentally, and emotionally. ...because you deserve to be cared for too! I do want you to realize though that this program DOES require commitment on your part. You have to be ready, wanting, and willing to make a change for yourself and finally make this happen for you. Yes...life gets busy when raising a family, but you have to realize that if you finally want to feel your best as a mom then you have to commit to making yourself a priority! There will be fully customized workouts included that are 30 minutes or less and to be done 3-4 times per week. I recommend that you invest in a small amount of equipment: few sets of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a stability ball. More information is provided in your welcome email.
 Can I participate in this program if I am pregnant or have recently given birth? 

Absolutely! I specialize in prenatal and postnatal fitness and core and pelvic floor health, so there will be appropriate coaching, support, and options included for every workout if you are pregnant or recently postpartum. 
Of course, always check with your doctor to make sure that your OK’d for exercise!
 Will the workouts be safe for pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, or if I am healing an abdominal separation?

Absolutely! As I mentioned above, I specialize in core and pelvic floor health and have worked with many moms who are dealing with these exact same issues! There will be options available in the workouts that take into account these core and pelvic floor issues, but if you would like even more customization and individualization for your specific needs then I strongly encourage you to book a coaching call with me where we will develop a strategy that best suits you. 

Of course, prolapse is so individual so you should check with your physical therapist to ensure they’re safe for your specific grade and situation.
Can I still do this program if I had my baby 2, 5, 10, or even 15 years ago? 

Absolutely! It’s never too late to work on your core pelvic floor function! As women and moms, we can always keep working on maintaining or gaining good function of our core and pelvic floor muscles. Many of the common core and pelvic floor issues that moms deal with are just that…common…but not normal. So part of this program’s focus is helping to resolve many of those core and pelvic floor issues common with moms.
